Social media / New Jersey

Social media management that brings people through the door.

Posting three times a week does nothing on its own. What works for a local business is content that shows the thing you actually make or do, posted consistently, aimed at people who live within a few miles of you. That is what we run, for restaurants, salons, gyms and shops across New Jersey.

Why nothing happens

Likes are not the problem. Relevance is.

A local business does not need a hundred thousand followers. It needs two thousand people who live nearby and remember you exist on the day they get hungry, or their roots grow out, or their sink backs up.

Being realistic

What social can and cannot do for a local business.

  • You keep full ownership and admin access to every account
  • Content calendar approved by you before anything publishes
  • Month to month, no annual lock in
  • We will tell you if social is not the right first spend for your business
  • Optional add on for paid social boosting when a post deserves it

The best performing post most local businesses ever make is a phone video of someone doing their job well. It costs nothing and beats the designed graphic every time.

Common questions

Social media questions we hear a lot.

Which platforms should my business be on?
For most New Jersey local businesses, Instagram and Facebook, and that is it. TikTok is worth adding if your product is visual and your customers skew younger. LinkedIn only if you sell to other businesses. Being excellent on two beats being mediocre on five.
Do I need to be on camera?
It helps a lot, but no. If you are not comfortable, we build the content around the product, the space and the staff instead. Plenty of accounts do well without the owner appearing, they just tend to grow a little slower.
How many posts per month do I get?
Typically twelve to twenty depending on the package, mixed between short-form video, photo posts and stories. We would rather do twelve strong pieces than thirty filler ones, and we will say so if a higher volume would just dilute the account.
Do you run paid ads on social too?
We can boost posts that are already performing organically, which is usually the highest return use of a small social ad budget. Full paid social campaigns are quoted separately since they need their own targeting and creative work.
Can I keep posting myself as well?
Yes, and we encourage it. Stories especially work best when they are spontaneous and come from inside the business. We handle the planned content and the editing, you post the day to day moments.
What if I already have followers but no engagement?
Very common, usually because the audience was built on giveaways or is not local. We look at where your followers actually are and shift the content toward the people who can physically walk in, which often means reach drops before it gets better.

Thirty minutes. We will go through your current profiles and your closest local competitors and tell you honestly whether social is worth the spend for your business, or whether your money is better placed somewhere else.
